Austin/Galveston/Texana

Just got back from another shake out trip. Didn't really do any bike trip "reporting" but took some snaps along the way.

Thanks! I got a cheap room in Galveston for a couple nights, then rode along the coast & up to Lake Texana to camp another couple nights. Was mostly shaking out my new bike gear set up before heading out toward New Mexico for a longer trip this week.

Taking off toward Chaco Canyon, and then wingin' it after that. Shooting for departure this week. Likely Thursday.

Will be blogging mostly from my site HERE but I've added some info for the folks who sometimes support my photography/travel, etc. with their patronage. So disregard that stuff if you think it's "spammy". Most of all the content will be on that blog and freely viewable to anyone.

Going to do Chaco in 3 hops. Austin to Oasis State Park, NM for a night, then to Santa Fe for a couple nights, then to Chaco. After that, I'll leave it up to fate.
