Motorcyclepedia, a new motorcycle museum opening in Newburgh NY

there will be a new MC museum opening in Newburgh this year featuring the Doering collection and the AMCA is sending their Fast From the Past collection. I'll keep this thread updated and for starters I will be there tommorow shooting pics as Ted thinks that since I own a DSLR I'm a professional. The man still shoots film but owns more bikes than Jay Leno..

Anyone wants to come by tommorow for a preview give me a shout I can "get you in".

you won't be disappointed. just the Doering collection alone is staggering. now with the Fast From the Past collection that the AMCA will park there one could say that the bikes presented there would be collectively even more impressive than the OCC collection that is 5 minutes down the road.

got my first look today at the new arrivals.

the usual bullshit and ho hum like who hasn't seen one of those before.

a new edition to the Doering collection and yet another boring built from scratch Chris Matthews special. frame and tank made by hand. Chris is from Bergen County and does this kind of thing on a regular basis just to keep busy on Friday nights. the Doering collection has about 10-15 of Chris's pathetic attempts at bike restorations and fabrications.

Couldn't make it today, but if you go back for more photos, I'd love to go.
