Harley tent was a ghost town, Ducati tent was a full-time party with the shortest shorts I've ever seen--were they really black leather:eek1

I've never noticed it before, and I think these are the new leathers since the race at Laguna, but what is the number 1 on Rossis right shoulder? Does he normally run this? Significance?

he is actually no 1 he chooses to run 46

I got a call this evening from 2 friends who were on their way to Indy. Paddock passes, room for me. :huh I was standing on top of a remote-ish WV mountain pass. I turned them down. Not sure that was the right decision.

Are you sure those aren't more of the random people photos from the Fiat 500 promo they have going on right now? Sucha s on the rest of the bike and leathers?

Uh, I'm going to go out on a limb and say...NO! The weather here is awesome, the people are great out at the track, you can park your motorcycle on the back straight of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, meaning you get to ride on part of the track--that's cool just by itself.
