Pretty cool. Also in a 125 version.

I'm here because I'm not all there.
    That's a scooter?

I think that thing would scare my GS.

Here's a 50cc 4T version from the sachs page. Some sort of 24 hour endurance race they won.

Interesting--with the upcoming crackdown on the 50cc 2 strokes, I wonder if we'll see this one over here.

THAT looks like it would work well with a hack! Mount fab may be a challenge though . . .

Kind of has a trials bike mixed with street fighter look about it.

Wicked. I'm all about the small CC bikes, a 125 like that would rule for zipping around the city.

    That seat looks.... comfortable.

I like the looks of the regular 50, but this new 500 looks awesome! Is there a price tag anywhere?

That 500 is a concept bike that has been around for a few years (like this thread) - not going to see production.
It does in fact use a Royal Enfield engine.

Bud, are you sure MadAss 500 is never going to be regularly sold?

I'm going to buy 125 within next couple of days because it suits my needs (avoiding traffic jams) but this one really looks tempting.

Are the 125's available in the US?

    Where are they manufactured?

I can't help you with Sachs bikes in the US. If you wanted to buy one in the UK or Australia, I'd be able to give you a hint or two.

Assembled or manufactured? Sachs MadAss bikes are not manufactured in one country. It's German. Uses Honda engines. I didn't buy one as I planned but I saw one today (again) and it looks decently built. I guess that's all that matters...

Just got back from The Rockerbox rally in Milwaukee and there are MadAss scooters all over that town. Didn't get a chance to talk to anyone about reliability/parts availability but they look pretty cool. There were also a lot of modded-out MadAss scooters there.
