So: is it hwy 60 or the whole grids of 90-96 for the southern boundry?

It has to the the whole grid. Look at the google maps of tags and there are lots of tags south of HWY 60.

Boundaries are Delorme map grids 69 to 96

Basically, anything north of your house is in.

Here"s the replacement for Loyce E. Harpe park. It's a FAA ASR-9, ASR-11 or a TDWR radar site. Not sure which.

Several suggestions for this one. As you turn off the main road go slow and look to the right in the swamp pond. There's a 10' gator hanging out in there. The most important suggestion though is to get to and from the tag quickly and quietly and waste no time there. You'll see why on the way in.

EDIT:Turns out it was just the cable! Back in the game, and will provide a replacement soon.
