I would like to start off by saying great to work with a American company Thanks! Next would be the info that you share with your customers and the detail info you give out to us, then the packing and delivery which follows the rest of the Madstad Engineering process which is first class, the product is fantastic the KTM 990 Adv is now just what you say it would be a touring quiet windless machine. This is a product that works for me 5’7” 30” inseam with a cut down seat. The 16” screen is just right like you mentioned I have adjusted 65% to 60% grade and it’s the bomb! Quiet I can listen to Pandora thru my communication system and up to 80 mph it’s still the same without changing volume pretty cool and the wind is so much less on my neck and arms shoulders it’s like the pocket has moved outward the looks will take awhile but who cares this is a great product made in the USA and works great thanks again.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice" />

How about not changing the font color: After reading every other thread here with White on Gray, Black on Gray is hard to see. I'm getting old :gerg

Check out the 3rd picture in our ride report and you can see Paul's bike on the right with the Madstad screen tested on a Adventure ride two years ago. Paul is 6'5" and it worked great for him.

My bike in the middle has the KTM touring screen for comparison.

Wait till you ride at night with it...:huh

The windshield sits far enough froward of the headlight that it reflects the light and is fookin blinding. The whole screen glows. It's not in the adjustment as I tried everything before selling the whole thing at a decent loss.

    YMMV...

I had a similiar issue with my Hyde racing screen. I just used some paint on the portion surrounding the light. Stopped the glow.

Get real, the 990 Adventure already looks like ass. And that's coming from an ex V-Strom rider.

The looks are what they are I feel the KTM is the best looking bike! Now the Madstad screen is prue wonderful quiet wind is off of you period I have no glow from lights or dash just a great american product. I do have a cut down standard screen 2"'s for deep summer here in the KEYS but madstad does what it says thats all. Sorry about pictures haven't taken the time to figure out how to! afterall I'am a KTM rider!
