Tulsa Tuesday Pub Crawl

Yo, Tulsa inmates and weary travelers: In T-Town on a Tuesday? Got nothing to do? Join us for a beer. :slurp

The rules:
Try your hardest to ride there when possible- rain or shine.
If you drive the cage, have a damn good excuse or buy a round.
Talk about motorcycles and adventure riding, but no too much.
Drink at your own risk. Arrange a ride home if you need to.

We always move the meeting location, so check the latest posts for confirmation.

The meeting place and time varies. In great weather, we may convene as early as 6:30pm.
Sometimes we stay till close.



Here is an official amendment to the original post / rules:
All attendees to a given officially sanctioned and scheduled TTPC have the right at that time to suggest and agree upon the location for the following TTPC.

If a location is not suggested or agreed upon AT TTPC, then the decision is left to the ADV voting masses in the TTPC thread.

Sort of an unofficial rule that we have generally respected- anyone with a birthday has rights to select the location.

And lastly, if a location is NOT chosen by 1700hrs on a Tuesday (via either of the above methods), then we meet at the default location.

Tonight (8/28/2018), by a majority vote of 11 TTPC attendees, we decided to move the default location to Crawpappy’s. They have a Tuesday night special of $2 burgers. The service is always great (Ruth nicknamed @Newner “Hodor” recently), the patio is shaded, and parking for bikes is always available.

So- until further notice, the default TTPC location will be Crawpappy’s at 51st and Harvard (right off I-44).

This might work sometime, wed would work even better more times for me

Sounds like a good idea, but I am going to be out of town until Wed.

I'm working over at Hallett this summer and will be pretty close to T-Town quite abit.

Trying to get my 2 wheel situation in order soon so count me in as a maybe.....

ps~won't be this Tues. though....I have class for a couple of more days...

So, all the time then? Sweet!

I'd be in on something like this, probably not this week though. I'm free Tue/Wed. I'll probably be caging it as I have a standing rule that I don't drink and ride, ever. Not even one beer. Not that I'm against it or going to rail on anyone that does. Everyone probably knows their limits. My limit is no drinking and riding.

But I would still show up in the cage and sit around and bench race with you guys.

Oh what did they do to my to my precious "IV Play" Oh how I missed my youthfull days of slaming death wishes and knocking out 7 beers for 2 dollars. The colony is nice however since they no longer have natural light on tap I am sure they cannot expect the pub to regain its former greatness.

Well said, people always complain about not having the time, they just have to use/make their time wisely...I sure making beer ranks low on the list.

just me, the pioneer. Nice night on the patio as the sun went down.

Newner- official word is that this location was originally the Colony. Then it switched to IV Play for about 13 years. Few years ago it switched back to the Colony. They still serve the 7 little glasses (now filled with High Life) for $7. Of course, I don't stoop to such lows.
