The 6th August a friend and I decided to start the trip of our lives.
We have decided to make a trip report so family and relatives can follow our journey, and so fellow riders can see were we are and maybe wanna meet us or maybe some of you have something we just have to see in the area we are in.
Im not the best english writer so I hope you understand. Or else feel free to ask.

We are 2 you guys. I (Rasmus) am 23 years old and my friend (Mads) is soon 24. We both quitted our jobs here last in july. Im a mechanic and Mads working with CNC machines.

The trip is planned to take 1-2 years and we start in Denmark then through Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Mongolia, then back to Russia, then with ship to Japan, and last from Japan to Australia. When we get to Australia we want to find some jobs and then earn some money to travel further.

The bikes are 2 KTM 950 adventures we have been working on the last 2 months. And still need a lot on them but hope we done before we are leaving.

I will try to upload some pictures soon

    Status right now.
We are waiting for mongolian visa.
And the last thing on the bikes has to be done such as make the bags fit to the rack. And we need to put the crashbars on the bike. And a lot of small things like fit the gps and a power outlet and so on

I recently shipped my KTM 990 Adventure from California to Rotterdam and am waiting for it to arrive on August 16th. What parts of Europe do you guys plan to ride through? Maybe I'll be able to connect with you guys in the Alps.

The plan is to go fast to russia. The route depends on what we want to see on the way. We planed to be at the Russian border around the 16th August because we was told it might be cold in East russia last in October and we expect to use around 2 months in russia/mongolia.

But it would be very cool to meet. What route are you planning?
