I started a TOR unrelated photo thread a month ago... didn't help the TOR situation.

It seems that most of you do not want to ride down here either....

PC, with all due respect, that just isn't true. Look at the maps for 1-100, 101-200, and 201-300. There is a pretty good distribution of tags throughout the state, some very good ones in the South. Some of us worked pretty hard to make sure the tag got moved around when it stalled in one place too long.

PC, get up North and scout out some of the tags. You will be pleasantly surprised.

    Here we go !

    rant beginning:

    I've looked at the maps,
and yes, there were more south tags back then,
    but still overwhelmingly northern.

Most of the complaints lately have been about too much twitter nonsense and abscure/lame tags and dividing the north from the south again.

And like I said, there are a lot of people who use to play, but are clearly missing lately.
And a lot of the southern people you used to see here and there are no where to be found, even on the south TOR.

I certainly appreciate the movement of the tag down south, but it rarely happens.
You don't see me complaining about it because I don't have the time to go up north and get one.
I use photoshop to keep myself interested.

There are a lot of new people getting involved who seem to want to create problems instead of riding and playing the game the way it was set up from the beginning. Like all other TOR's.

The game is what it is.

    A GAME !!!!!

If you don't like it, don't play it.

I'm afraid that is what has happened to some of those that are missing.
They don't like the nonsense, and have moved on with real life.

My complaint is simple, play the game, or keep your fingers off the keyboard ! :rant ending

You all have a nice day ! :thumb

    Hey, wait! I'm here, too.:ddog

I like the tag game the way it is, or at least the way it was when I started playing last fall. No more rules.

I go after tags when they're close enough, and try to drop them somewhere interesting. I don't go when it's more than an hour away simply because I'm at a point in my life where it's hard to devote more than two hours to playing an internet game, between spending time with my family, work, home renovations, etc. Adventure comes in bite size portions for me:lol3. Carry on!

It looks like most of us are in the same boat.
But the few who crave this stuff make us out to look like we don't want to ride.
That gets old after a while.

Same here... If I have time and it's close enough I'll sneak out and grab a tag but only if I have time to place it again in the next 24 hours. All in all I would rather do my riding in the woods... ask Wayne, we were coming back from Turkey Point and I took a short cut through a WMA on the way home.
