Anyone interested in going down to marion, va. Near the tenesse border?

I really need to get out of town, too many things happening around here and I need some stress relief.

    Cityclip? You riding?

If there is no takers, I will probably end up riding around southern, va. Exploring the area between sperryville and crozet.

    Anyoone??

Never met her, but saw some of her posts at SBN...what a tragic loss. Hate to see it.

    RIP Katie...

The atmosphere around the local boards is really depressing.

We need to ride. Its what she would want.

    Katie wrote this

"inside my soul when I ride.

It's like a cleansing; a rebirth or something.

Today was the perfect day to skip out of work. It was cool enough to chill you but warm enough to be comfortable.

Back roads were great as far as traffic goes....

When i went inside to eat at Applebee's the place felt all hot and cramped. I couldn't wait to get back oÂ*n the RR and ride.

Hit up joplin and a few other back roads...still a bit sandy and tires were cold, no real railing was done but it was enough to make me sigh that sigh you oÂ*nly get from being completely content oÂ*n your bike....

another world, a freedom, a cleansing.

    Saw a dude oÂ*n a cruiser in a santa suit....pretty cute..
and a few other people out oÂ*n their yammies....all very jovial when waving ...it's almost as if they want to jump up and down and say, "Look I love it TOO..it's been so long...HIIIIIIII...what a wonderful day!!!!"

this true love will never die.....

I recommend to everyone...ride by yourself often and quiet your minds...

get rid of the BS in your life...

Ride down here, you can crash on the floor and help me unload a truck and then Sunday we can explore some of the area around here.....once I get the truck returned I'll be ready for some cleansing. Hell, I'll even put you up in a hotel and feed ya! :thumb

Hour unloading the truck is all I ask......:evil

Yeah, but we will be there at around 7-8pm. How long will it take to unload the truck?

What time are you going to return the truck sunday?

That works for me....it will take us about an hour. I'll get the small shit off.

Not sure, may not need to go back until Monday.

Then we can go get drunk in Blacksburg and you can check out the coeds......:evil

I know of a cheap well maintained hotel in Blacksburg, $35 a night but clean and in good shape. You can stay there.

I forget you don't pass by here twice a day anymore. see you in the a.m.

The tiger was supposed to be done yesterday but they may get to it to day. Why even schedule an appointment? Carl hired Dean Middleton which has help them alot. Now if they could just get the shop to finish things when promised.

Yes and no. He worked at cycle sport in herdon, so yes. Other than that he knows his shit. Excellent wrench on any machine. Excellent rider as well and one hell of a nice guy. He'll go out of his way to get something you needed even if it not in the factory catalogue.
