Flapendectomy is done. There were 4" tubes attached to the front tank vents which I replaced with a big loop over the head light to the other side and down over the forks, for each tank separately.

Now I have fuel coming out of the vents when tanks are above half and when hot. Not too much, just dripping a bit.

Leaving to North Carolina tomorrow from Ontario. I dont really dont know what. else to do!!!

Would a T, connecting two vents, help?

They come out upwards and then turn downwards inside the side panels, pass between the petcocks and the aluminum panel that bolts to the tanks and end in the belly pan.
    Cheers.

I've had mine dead end inside the top fairings and are only 12" long or so.
Never had any issues with them other than once when I pinched them by mistake.
Also check your vents on the sides of the tanks as they will create issues if pinched as well.
If you're stuck come by the batcave and I will sort you out

Ill check the side vents for pinching too. I thought those are for over flow only.

    Departing tomorrow morning.

Thx. On the road now,... Last night i noticed the side tank vent was pinched all right. Im not sure if that has any effect, we will see.

If the problem persists i will take the vents off around the head light and send it down. Not sure how much gas im losing!
