Heh... my attempt at writing up a PC title... Anyways - people from, or living in the countries that once formed Yugoslavia, sign in here....
Au... nisam znao da ima toliko Hrvata ovde! Susjedi, pa red bi bio da se okupimo negde, ne? Ako sve bude po planu () Umag iduće godine?
Comng from Italy and following the coast into Montenigro. After that, no real plan other than heading back north into Hungary. I've saved a couple of threads about the coast.
Hi Cheh Where in Serbia are you at? I have friends in Nis & Novi Sad, & go there every year to visit them. Great country, friendly people, and lovely women Doug
Hello Doug! I'm in Belgrade, a whizz away from NS and a few hrs from Ni... Be sure to drop me a PM or smth next time you come over!
I will. I'll be back in May for sure, my friends in the NS Riders in Novi Sad have a big party every year, & I'll be there. I've been to Beograd a few times, theres alot of cool old buildings downtown. A friend of mine works in a bike shop there, but I havent visited the shop yet. I think she sells accessories & stuff. I bought an ex yugoslav military bike, moto guzzi falcone. I have it at my place in Bulgaria now. Its a great bike, not fast, but will go all day long. What do you ride? Doug
'97 Tenere 660 and loving it :) I keep thinking what would be a good replacement for it, but can't come up with an answer... perhaps an Africa Twin...
Not wanting to go off-topic too much but how are relations now between the peoples of the different regions that made up the former Yugoslavia? Not wanting to stir up the past, just interested, visited Slovenia & Croatia by bike in 2004 & thoroughly enjoyed it.
yes, i agreed with SixDays. Anyway, motorcyclists were always more open-minded than the others, and morons are morons, with or without the war. Cheers everybody
I think I nearly qualify here too....(although the biggest morons are on this side of the fence too) . Cheers to everyone in this part of the world, hope to meet up on the road or in front of a PIVO!
