Great video. Coincidentally, when Jack asked me if I wanted to go to Lewiston this past year, I jumped on YouTube to see what I could find. This video is one of the things that made me decide to go. Great stuff!

But near enough to go for a ride.
Rode to AK a few years ago.
    Hit a caribou.
    Busted myself and the bike.
    Fixed the bike.
Limped around on the bike for a while.
    Got bushwhacked.
(Never knew the meaning of the word until then )
Pics at my web page somewhere www.geekwithacamera.com
Something like a ride report here: http://www.flickr.com/groups/exposuredetroit/discuss/72157616511978032/
Not on here much, email is better.
    Ride an older gs1100..
Have a top gas drag bike ( top gas is an 8.20 bracket class ), a chopper that beat an occ bike at an "unveiling", discovery channel cameras and all.
    Ride the BMW a lot.
Help out as pit crew for some friends that run a nitro funny car.

Speaking of flying too low... this guy is insane. Watch the "tourist fly-by" at about 2:40 then watch how close he is to the trees starting at about 3:40. What a rush!

Anyone know when the GLDS rides start up this year? The site isn't updated. Wondering if there will be a Tennessee ride to get things started early.

As to the shades of brown, I say all of them. Thanks to everyone that made this ride happen, and to all that went along. The real question is, how much longer do you think that patch would have went beyond the 160 miles that it already did??
