I spy Ohlins suspension and Nissin brakes.

This photo shows off how truly huge the Bridgestone tires are. they are using 4.0 inch wide front rims these days. :eek1

I wish Gigi well, he seems to have great credentials and I have no doubt he will lead Ducati out of the wilderness if he is given free rein and adequate resources. It will definitely take some time though.

Honestly though. I already get the feeling he really could turn things around fast and we could see Dovi getting podiums in the dry before the end of '14. Although the cynic in me hopes not because of Nicky getting sacked. I hope NH is out to greener pastures.

Forward Racing, hard at work assembling Colin's "Yamaha".

I am not sure why Yamaha doesn't just go ahead and supply a full customer spec bike at this point. :dunno

he is quite often very close in practise. Its seems to be in qualifying and at the start of the race he struggles a bit. Although he has had to see of Bautista late in the last few races too. There was one meet that they seemed to make changes that pleased him but went backwards again after that.

Gino Borsoi says they are trying to adjust the bike so Nicky can fit on it more easily. I imagine it is even worse for Scott Redding.

So far, Nicky has just done a few laps at a time, no long runs.

Reportedly, Cristian Gabarrini will be over looking the Production Racer program. Good news for those riders.

I know it's early, but seems like not much has changed lap time wise.

Yes, early, but I'm really interested to see how the new Honda production racers do time-wise, especially Nicky's in comparison to his old Ducati times. :D

Renewed my prescription, um, subscription, yesterday. :freaky

I'm so glad he got what looks like a decent ride, and he's Always been such a stand up guy.
5 years of Ducati and he never slagged them.
I'm not a big twitter person but do follow NH69 and so many of his posts and picks are related to doing stuff with his family. It seems that in between flying around the world he almost never misses a family members wedding, graduation, or baptism.
