I shitcanned the Lufty fairing couldn't even give it away, and I tried) and reduced it to this, all of which is going to be powdercoated black (except tank and fenders) or Garnet Red - I am having a tough time deciding.
Here is her heart hanging by some threads. There is something inherantly attractive about a motor in free space like that.
I suppose the R60 would look nicer if I worked on it more and rode it less, but damn it, bikes are for riding.

this was built from a rolling basket case. I have done the paint in a non-stock color with the R90s scheme. Also added stainless pipes and Supertrapp mufflers. Also designed a solo seat and added the colors of the German flag on the edge. It's fun, but sits now that I have a GS. Connecticut old bike plates read EA motorcycle assuming that any old bike in a Harley or Indian..Duh. I changed the lettering to read Early Bavarian.. John Shuck Iron Butt #31
