I spoke to someone at CCC about a Marsee 10 ltr Rocket Pocket tank bag that I want to sell and now I can't remember who it was - CRS!).

It's been used twice. There is nothing wrong with it, it just won't do what I need it to do.

I bought it on sale for half price (it lists for $120 now) so figure $60 shipped last year.

Is that piston or turbine?

klr650.net did have a post recently from someone who had some engine issues after "staying at 5500RPM for about an hour". The interesting part is they were running a 17t front, so that means sustained speed was ~91mph, I believe...

It is a piston Allison Aircraft engine. It gets a little loose over 220 mph, but not too bad. Seriously, my GPS went haywire today after it lost it's satellite signal. I was running along at 50-60 mph and GPS thought I was doing 220-240 mph. The KLR can run 85 mph on a good day. When I saw the display, I had to take a photo.

Thought a 705 would do a hundred no problemo! AB

Running one tooth down on countershaft sprocket, one tooth up on rear sprocket, 85-90 is about all the money with my fat ass on it
