I've had fog lights for years, controlled by a relay and an Autoswitch. The Autoswitch is fried and I'm looking at options (including another Autoswitch). How are you 1150GSers switching your non-factory fog lights? I'm just not seeing a place to mount a panel switch nor a handlebar switch.

I use a relay triggered by the high-beam.

Don't need no extra steenking sweetch.

But you said fog lights. Mine are auxiliary driving lights.

P.S. Here's a PIAA switch you can velcro somewhere:

I have my auxiliary driving lights relayed from my high beams as well.

There are a number of switches out there, what I'm after specifically is where 1150gs people are mounting them.

i mounted my Piaa switch similarly to this, but actually a bit further out on the grip assembly just below the Hazard light switch. i used Velcro tape to make it easy to reposition. (couldn't mount it where it's shown in the quoted pic, since i frequently have a transceiver mounted there.)

    cheers!

that PIAA switch looks pretty useful, and I can see a few places to mount it. Thanks!
