I run the foam "rally" grips on my 990.
I received my omni the other day and have found that you don't need the rubber band (which removed the need to disassemble the barkbuster) I didn't buy this for my bike as I already have the Kaoko installed, but was thrilled to determine that for most grip types the band isn't needed. This means it's very transportable from one bike to another (the main selling point for me). Looking forward to using it on the F800 I'll be riding to Anchorage in May. I was very impressed with the quality of this part considering the very low price point. Nice work! My 2¢ John |

Dimensions?
what is the length? Measured from the center of a 7/8" bar, or from either
side of the bar I suppose. I've got Barkbusters mounted on my Monster and would like to know it'll clear the guards and still catch the lever. |

Ordered & received this quickly and installed this weekend. Halfway to work before I remembered it was even there.
I am SHOCKED how easy is is to activate and deactivate. Holds throttle position just fine when applied, wow. I've got barkbusters installed on my 620 Monster, the Omni-Cruise clears the guards fine, well done. |
