    The FLNBRK has landed.
Having finally pulled the plug on this thing called a job.... I sent the K to Seattle and will be pointing her in the direction of Florida. On the way .... I will check in on fellow Pterodactyls and together we will see what kind of trouble we can get into.
Larmo will be heading up from Sante Fe to assist in the festivities.

What follows will be a half-assed ride report with absolutely zero promises as to the content. Not sure I have the discipline to stay up with it so be patient.

Those coolers are my Alaskan suitcases. They're filled with riding gear and camp stuff but the reason I used coolers is because of what I'm bringing back with me to Alaska. I put up four bushels of roasted green chile. Chiles were from Hatch, NM, took 6 hours of work to peel, bag and freeze. Notice I didn't wear rubber gloves..........was very very careful not to wipe my eyes or scratch any itches in sensitive places :eek1:eek1:eek1:lol3:lol3:lol3

After getting away from Seattle... and a bit lost in eastern Washington, I headed toward Lolo Pass.
News Flash!! It gets dark in this country.
Got caught in Lewiston/Clarkston and not a room to be had.
Ended up running up river to Orifino. Some rain but decent temps.

Ended up at Team Pterodactyl Kuddy Compound north of Helena for night #2

Snow on the Chugach this morning. You made it out just in time.

More pictures. More jabber. Wish I were there. My 2013 sucked for riding.

Well after a few delays, coffee stops and photo ops in the Bighorns, we made it to Pterodactyl HQ. Yes, it was dark and very cool.....thank goodness for good gear and electrics.
Ride over the Bighorns was amazing as was the ride from Laurel to Red Lodge. Saw more deer than I could count but luckily none crossed the road at the wrong time. A couple of pics for the photododlamentation.
