That may be the only way to get through. Been good so far. Have watched some of the epic battles.....
Need to renew my MotoGP subscription. It was worth having last year, and I'm looking forward to watching the 2013 season - I think it's gonna be more exciting than this year. And, I don't give a shit if they are sliding the front tire on purpose or not. (I, ummm, "experimented" with sliding the front tire twice on the track, both times there was more than the tire sliding down the track... )
But was it 'on purpose'? I am sorry to say, I have slid just about everything there is to slide, whether I meant to or not. :eek1
Bloody! Had the (now relocated, which might not be such a bad thing? Comment?) , Pukekhoe meet on my list, but the mongrels flipped our roster to accommodate Xmas. Bloody! And yes indeed, have done a couple of track days at Phillip Island.....so yeah, summer's good, for sure !!!!!
Here's a fun bit to watch: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/19fykWIHkco" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/vmUPdYeeU1I" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
You think the GP crew chiefs who create the bike setups are capable of riding their machine to its absolute limit? Some of us enjoy more about MotoGP than the soap opera of Stoner complaining (and then complaining about Stoner), and Rossi being washed up but with hopes he'll be fast on the Yamaha to beat Lorenzo. Don't let us idiots ruin your conversation on a public forum. It was a bit off topic which I didn't want to do but shit happens. I don't see anything spectacular happening next year besides what Marquez brings to the table. I have a feeling he'll either be epic good or epic bad. Hopefully he doesn't get himself or anyone else killed in the process. I do want to see what Spies is going to do on a crappy satellite Ducati. Before he got on the factory M1 he's shown he can ride the wheels off of 2nd rate machinery.
´You wanna win, get a Finn!´.... ok, sadly hasn´t been quite like this in GP racing for quite a while. Kallio is good, but for several years now he´s just just too up&down to really be a contender. (But I think in -13 Raikkonen will spank the field in F1!)
You are a GP crew chief now? The riders--Spencer, Rainey, Doohan, Rossi, Stoner, Lorenzo, Hayden, etc.--have said they occasionally tuck the front tire on corner entry as a method to scrub speed that in that moment is preferable to applying brake pressure. I'm going to take their word over yours. Ok?
Yonny Hernandez and Michael Laverty are confirmed at Paul Bird Motorsport CRT using ART-Aprilia machinery. I knew you guys were on the edge of your seats waiting for that.
