The 640 has sold so looks like I'll be heading down early Saturday morning on the Postie. With gear it has a top speed of 80 (flat road, tail wind) - taking the inland highways as I want to avoid the freeway. Kev and his brother are taking Harleys and he reckons they'll ride with me

It sounds like half the crew are coming on road bikes.

It does have a 21inch front wheel. Pitty about the rest of it. It will most likley get bogged in the oval.
Getting my dirt fix the following Sunday- 6 day trip to Steep point, Muchison, Paynes find. Need more km on the DR before next years ride to QDB . Thats what Im telling the wife.

Oh yay Lucky we are hardcore adv riders The weather gods have smiled on me most of my last 9 months, maybe my lil miss sunshine act will work for us this weekend too.

Hitting the road from my place about 10_10.30 Saturday, heading down for a counter at the Bull and Bush in Boyunup, then out to Nannup and then back to Bridgie for about 4 , pick up a few cleansing ales then head to the campsite for some sidecar antics. Gunna teach a few heathens how to ride a real machine.
