ok, so i know that a certain model honda shifter will fit a 2006 f650gs. anyone have experience using the 'cheaper' off-road oriented folding tip shifters from the likes of msr, moose or hammerhead?

yes but msr/moose/etc have $30 shifters. if said shifters fit f650gs 2006 i'm just wondering what else other options we have besides $60+ TT shifters ... which are probably OEM msr or ...

anyone have access to a willing shop with parts on hand to do the trial fit and error? i don't hence why i ask...

my reference to 2006 f650gs means that something ELSE fit that bike... perhaps there is an appropriate part for the f800gs...
