Dang, it's hard to find mountains here in Alaska, but I'll try - Mt Blackburn over Willow Lake A tiny portion of the Alaska Range from about Mile 13 on the Denali Hwy Mt Drum from near Sourdough on the Richardson Hwy.
Western Montana. Marshall mountain ski area in the background above my helmet. Bike is a grey market Yamaha TZR 250 .
Gotta love those Canadian Rockies. No matter how many times I've been through that part of the country I never miss a chance to see it again.
How about Black Bear Pass looking down at Telluride... Or Stoney Pass during peak fall colors. Pearl Pass
Pictures taken last summer on the Alpine Scenic Loop between American Fork Canyon and Sundance Resort, Utah. That's Mt. Timpanogos in the background. We had a mixed group on that ride: two Suzuki dual sport thumpers, and two big sport bikes. Mine is the little yellow one. We covered a lot of ground that day, most of it on really great roads.
Foothills of the Elkhorn Mountains, Townsend, MT. Going up Logan Pass in Glacier NP. At the top - Beartooth Pass.

This one was taken from Brünigpass: [/QUOTE] Love this pic, classic example of the European habit of farming or building as far up a steep mountain as possible! Some great pics being posted, I had a feeling I wouldn't be alone in being in awe of fooking great lumps of rock!
