I have one of the early units with the switch on my F800GS. Is this unit the same but without the switch?

Also, if you have experience with this, will your device help or hurt a F800GS with the oem catalytic convertor gutted out? I am about to install a oem header but with the catalytic convertor gutted out.

This is a "Blue" only mode unit. A few riders responded that they leave the unit it the blue mode and never switch the unit - and they really like the performance... So here it is a Blue mode only and the cost is slightly lower!:D

No Cat, no problems...should be fine. Search the post on the cat removal (o2 sensor) for more info....

This will definitely help with the snatchy throttle response while crawling along in first gear? If so I'm in. I'll send you a PM to get the ball rolling.

Also, are they still $80 like a few posts up? When I click the order button it takes me to PayPal and says its $90?

    Thanks,
    Steve

Oh, and please excuse if this is already covered, but would installing this affect my BMW warranty?

Yeap Steve, This is the magic fix ... guaranteed to work or your money back!

    Price is now $90 shipped...

We were discounting them for a while during Christimas and New Year Holidays...

Warranty.... we remove them before service to avoid a grumpy mechanic. It is a non-issue.

So HTC are these still for sale and do you make one for the F650GS Dakar? I made a switch in bikes and am doing a rebuild. I saw a BP fit for the F650 Dakar but I would prefer to use your the HTC-TC. Let me know. :-)

    15 minute install....
What you will receive after your purchase... (for all bikes)

    Power Controller
Ty-rap and sticky base (for securing the external sensor)
A red decal and blue decal for easy switch position identification
    Wukaking decal

When you receive you Power Controller play around with the connectors to understand how the BMW connectors work (lock and unlock).... pushing inwards on stainless wire to unlock the plugs...

    The Install
    1.Remove the left side panel
2 Locate the sensor (as shown in the below pictures)
3 Disconnect the factory wire from the sensor (push inwards on the locking wire and pull upwards to remove wire harness)
4 Connect the Power Controller between the factory wire harness and the factory sensor (in series)
5 Mount the Power Controller external temperature sensor (using the supplied tyrap and stick base) where it will not be effected by the bikes heat (in fresh air)
6 Mount the Power Controller selection switch where ever you prefer.
7 Proudly apply your "Wukaking Performance Products" decal in a prominent spot on your bike!! haha

Got it installed, was a snap...weather hasn't been nice enough for more than a ride around the block. As others have said throttle response is much smoother than stock.

Looking forward to some better weather to get out on some gravel and backroads to really test it out.
