In for thur, fri, then off to DV and make it an ADVenture ride, although I know it won't be a real ADVenture ride untill I buy a little high maintainence, barely legal trail bike and a vehicle so I can get it close enough to the trails

Lots of guys head over there from the rally for day rides.... You could hook up with a couple of these maniacs... Just suggest you research their previous ride history of insanity before you end up...umm...delayed....
