1983 LeMans III. Have the original seat. 26000 miles. I"m not riding it much so someone else needs to. I'm not looking to sell but am interested in trading for a different bike. I can toss in some money if you have something I can't do without. SE Michigan.

If you decide to sell the bike outright, I would be interested. I live in northern Ohio.

How about a low-mile, almost stock 2007 KLR?

For that Guzzi, I would be willing to trade my clean '83 GPz750.

Wow, that is a beautiful all original and stock example. I bought one new in 1984 - a white one and put 30,000 miles on it, including an an around the USA tour. Your bike is dear to my heart.
I have a couple of very nice Buells, but I am not sure my 50 year old self can take the LeMans riding position any more!
I really hope your LeMans goes to an owner who will cherish it's original condition and not destroy it by giving it a cafe treatment.

Don't do it! I sold mine to move on to something more comfortable, I should have kept it, even though now I have a 77, I like the LM III way better I also have had a V. I put a set of super bike bars on which I can't do with the LM I ,made riding it so much better. Every year I see it at the IMCO meet in Mass and the guy I sold it to will not part with it.

I'll never sell mine. It will be passed down to one of my kids someday when I'm too feeble to deal with the clip-ons and torture rack seat anymore. Or I'll park it in my garage to stare at.

They are pretty aren't they. I'm sure I'll regret this move.

Thanks for all the compliments on the bike.

Insanity. You'll never find a bike you'll love more except perhaps an earlier LeMans.

Appreciate the offer but I'm looking for something like an 1100gs.

Well, nobody wants to trade a GS so how about a sweet Airhead? Would look great sitting next to the Loop.

Mr. Halo, I love your Guzzi, but this particular offer is outstanding ... The Paralever GS's (with the PD tank) are lovely sights.

Just one extremely biased opinion of course.

They're fine, but I just re-read his original post, looking for maybe an 1150 GS. Though I like my airheads, I think I have to admit the Oilers are in general, better bikes.
