2013 Hiawatha Rally - Minnesota

BMW Motorcycle Owners Club of Minnesota presents:
The 37th Annual Hiawatha Rally
May 31 - June 2, 2013
Money Creek Haven Campground, near Houston, MN

Rally fee includes Friday and Saturday night camping in the bluff country of southeastern Minnesota.

Money Creek Haven Campground includes:
• Grassy, shaded tent sites
• Hot showers
• Spring-fed swimming pool
• Volleyball and horseshoe areas
• Game room
• Pool-side patio
• Wi-Fi available
• Thursday camping available and payable to Money Creek Haven

Rally includes:
• Self-guided tours all weekend and a Ride for Pie Friday afternoon
• 24 hour coffee, tea, water and lemonade
• Vendors on site
• Demo rides by Leo’s South
• BMWMOA’s SMARTrainer (scheduled)
• Blindfolded Lawn Dart Tag
• First Aid for Dummy's seminar

I'm putting this on my calendar.

Last year I stumbled upon this gathering on my way home from a trip around Lake Michigan. It looks to be a great gathering in a beautiful area of the country that I enjoy riding.

Sounds like a great destination.

How much for a day pass?

Just show up and sneek into the grub line. They're used to that sort of thing. Don't forget to nab some prime test ride spots too.

I'm sorry, but day passes are not available. Please ask your parole officer for a weekend pass.

How much extra is the entrance fee, if you work the dunk tank?

That changes my plans. I'll now have to bring a tent.

It really depends where my wife's mental state is this summer, things have been rough with our daughter lately.
I am working on that.
I really want to be there, but I may end up riding out Saturday. I do not know yet.
