Been looking forward to you walking around Antigua with your camera.

    Bring it!

Try to make Chichicastenango for market day if you have time.

Haven't made Chichicastenango yet. My good friend JC is from there. More indigenous peoples coming into town than Antigua, I'm told.

Interesting public wash (clothes) facility across from CATours.

No man, Ruuuuun for your life! If your bike ever touches Vitto's place , you enter a vortex where you are never allowed to leave Venezuela :lol3 (just look where Throttlemeister did the work on his bike when he warped the head)

ALL three of my bikes are parked there at the moment, have been there since August when I came to Mexico :rofl

I like the startled look on the grooms face when he heard "13 to 18"!

Is Fuego still erupting? I was there 7 years ago and we hiked up Acatenago and watched Fuego erupt (mildly but still scary)! Highly recommend if its safe.
Also worth checking out is the macadamia nut farm (Valhalla)? Just outside of Antigua.
Brings back great memories. Land of eternal spring!
    Great report and pics!

so i'm here in Antigua for Language school, i was supposed to go on a hike this coming week but it was cancelled so i will stay here and celebrate Halloween and Day of the Dead this coming week and go to a kite festival locally as well, but that whats going to happen...

this is photos from this week here tuesday to friday only, i thought it might be better to group some shots so the first Antigua installment is from the candle factory at the Santa Domingo Hotel

Because Antigua is an old town the stone work and doorways are all unique which of course makes for some interesting shots
