Can't do it this year but am wondering, as the Regs say "singles and Twins" whether that's a hard and fast rule or whether a Triumph Tiger800XC would be acceptable, being a Triple? :ear

So you haven't heard that MV makes a 675 triple now? Benelli? Italy has a history with triples. More so than England probably.:D

Anyway, good to hear the Regs are not written in stone.

we will be arriving some days before and staying in limone piemonte doing the LGKS and other routes as a shake down, heading over to the start, staying a few days at the finish for some more trails and then heading back.

who else is planning on staying on for a few days before/after?

Nic: any idea of how many teams have entered ?

Won't be a problem , usually in every small town there's a pump; just have some small euro notes (10 , 20 euro) for the self-service ones , and take note of the locations of them (viamichelin.com could aid) respect the ride so to don't have to do big detours.

Unfortunately , I won't be there , but if you (or others too) would come more east, could show some in the Dolomites.

    Hi all,

I am sorry for such late replay. I was on holiday with very little access to internet.

200k kms of autonomy are perfect. What Giorgio said it is right 100%.

I sent some specific dettails about the rally to each rider. There will be 7 UK/EIRE teams including a MCN official team testing some bikes.

There will be a total of 100 teams (300 riders).

The following week I will stay in that area for riding off and on road.

Please contact me for any question.
