    Hey,

Does anybody know of a failure of the clutch support ring on the 950? I have a TSB (http://johnandbecci.info/KTM%20Tech%...tch_Update.pdf) that says I should cut it away but I've never read of one failing within the forum. Does this really need to be done? I have 15000 on an 04' S model and the support ring is still in. I'd hate to have it break causing extensive damage :huh !

Of course if I remove it then the clutch basket has to be replaced with the new one costing more money and yada yada yada!!

It may do but I still think the chirp is the lock-up ramps in the clutch  .

I'm scared to cut it away incase the outer basket expolodes as I make those Remus silencers roar through the world scaring all the Bambi's in sight right out of my way!

I only ever get compliments on how nice it sounds........so much better than a Harley :D

    Yeeeee haaaaaaaa!!
