Sorry for the early start- I'm rarin' to GO.

1 week until one of the (hopefully) more exciting MotoGP seasons in several years.

    Testing, schmesting....

    Wild predictions for next Sunday?

    I'll throw mine out there.

    1) JLo

    2) DP

or those two could flip for 1st and 2nd

    3) VR mixes it up at the pointy end until the 2 fast guys turn up the screws

    4) MM also in there until he makes an error or two?

    5) CC could take 4th away from Marky, using his experience or get pushed back to 6th by....

    6) Bradl

Or all this could be rubbish and a Ducati wins :rofl:rofl:rofl

    1 Spies
    2 Dovisioso
    3 Iannone

Then I woke up, Ducati owner and I like to dream..

Should be all the usual suspects but think Marquez will do better then expected.

I'm concerned about MM. If he makes errors, they will likely happen at the front where he could take a title contender with him.
There could be a turd in the punchbowl before this party gets started.

It will be interesting to watch Bradl v Marquez once again.
Nicky v Dovi is interesting as well.
Rossi v JLo is the center ring though.

I think the gap between the aliens and the others will be much smaller this season. Go Cal!!!! Go Bautista!!!!

I really would like to see the Ducatis get over it, especially Spies.

Voodoo Victim Spies v Crazy Joe Iannone is interesting also.

Im always pulling for Rossi, hes just plain fun to watch! Marquez though,he could pull it out of his hat and surprise everyone a bit.

Should be a great season with some new fast faces and some of the old guard going like hell.

I'll be tuned in on motogp.com.

I'm banking on mm stirring up the front runners one way or another. We might actually get some racing for a change.

Right on, MM will keep them honest to say the very least. Really looking forward to what VR is going to offer.. I ruled him out when he moved to Ducati, so we'll see

I'm thinking, hoping, that this season is the best in years. The "old" master returns on a competitive machine, the young rising star looks ready to mix it up with the front runners, and Pedrosa and Lorenzo will no doubt be up there.

Looks like it's about time to subscribe to that MotoGP season pass.

JLo, Marquez, and Rossi will be up near the front no doubt.
Pedro will finish second to who? Pedro seems to like finishing second.:rofl

My dark horse to mix it up with those 4? Bautista!

Also looking forward to Crazy Joe keeping the nickname.:clap

Championships or races? He won more races than Lorenzo last year.

For Qatar Bet&Win has Pedrosa at 2.7, Lorenzo at 2.8. More than anyone, though, Pedrosa has to keep it upright, both because he's fragile and because Lorenzo is so consistent.

Also, I thought 2012 was a good year for racing in MotoGP, with a decent number of close finishes. If this year's as good, it'll be great.

Pedro will win while managing a 4 sec lead
then JLo with Rossi a full second back.
MM will be another 2 sec back with Cal up his exhaust.

They will mix it up just a bit in the first three laps with order sorted by lap 4. JLo will try and pass Pedro at mid point but then Pedro will clear out while JLo dials it down a notch after a couple of moments.

Rossi will start poorly but work his way to third quickly.

MM start in second but slip back as the pace quickens.

Nicky will have a gritty performance ending in 7th behind Dovi.

Spies will retire with electrical problems. Or tire problems. Or suspension problems. Or...

Lorenzo/Yamaha surely won many races in first half of -12....

but actually I was quite surprised, that I just checked the stats, and he won just ONE race after Mugello (when was that, June? July?) And even that only one race Jorge won after Italy, was when Pedro got first screwed by his team, and then T-boned by another rider. But Jorge was 2nd almost every time, when Pedro won, that brought him the title.

edit. Mugello was mid-July, almost four months before the last race.
