airhead wheel alignment

    If they think that the front wheel not being vertical is normal, stay well clear of them.

    As Solo Lobo said, try taking the front wheel out to see how easily the axle slips through the forks. With no wheel in place, it should slide through easily by hand.

    While it's out, roll it on a flat surface to check if it's straight.

    Taking off the front wheel is easy, and besides, what would you do if you get a flat tire?

    Some front spoked wheels up to 77 have a 10mm offset. I know for sure a 1977 r100s does. I found the info somewhere online, cant remember where. I messed around for at least a week aligning and re-aligning before I figured it out.

    If you search the inmates for location, there are 89 that list their location as Holland.

    And if you don't find any local airheads, I'll be in Eindhoven on Business next year sometime in the first quarter! (hopefully catch a PSV match as well)
