Ever ridden a Monster?

I have this old cast iron wash tub... It hasen't seen action in a long time so it would need some cleaning and sesoning. It's in Acworth Ga. When would you need it?

that's exactly what we need!!!! to bad it's 200 miles away... tub relay?

we would need it Thursday of the RDV, but I think we may have something made out of a 30 in iron pipe

The Iron pipe may be the best way to go. If I had time to clean and season it and wasn't planing to ride the bike up to the RDV... Well you get the idea.

I do plan to be in Cruso NC Thursday til Saturday morning, I could trailer the bike up and someone could pick it up there? It would still need cleaning.

Pm me if that's an option.

hmmm.. Cruso is just a short "hop" from me... tempting, very tempting.

Yeah, I know... What can I say... I am a visual kind of person. When I saw the pic it jogged my memory. I had forgotten about it. My Mom was using it for a planter for a while. It is sitting beside her house now. I am working in Salisbury this week but I can check to see how many gallons it is on Saturday when I get home. I am guessing it is 20-30 gallons. It has been a while since I laid eyes on it.

I've assed up a few things in my time.....

If it was used for a planter, do you think it may have a hole in the bottom? I've seen a few with the hole... If that is the case, then it might be assed up.

Someone my wife works with said there is some sort of organized Adventure Ride locally this weekend. He said "Vintage Adventure"- Any ideas what he might be talking about?

Well is could very well be assed up. As I said, it's been a while since I laid eyes on it and the last time I paid much attention to it, it had flowers in it so I couldn't see the bottom.

I've got to tell my welder bud whether it's a go/no go before the weekend- we're set to make the big pot Saturday morning if it''s gonna be needed.

I should be home Friday evening and will check it then and I will call you.

If needed, I can fill in the drain hole if it's not to large.
