Got back to the garage and did some assembling yesterday. This is what I did: T-vent fitted. Didn't have enough hose in the correct diameter so I had to use a larger one, the one that had to be zip-tied. Fitted the new indicators I bought this weekend. Stylish! New front brake pads. Looking forward to some new brake power! Fitted the chain! Wish I had bought a new one, but it's barely used just dirty. Money went for something else Fitted the tank for a start test.. Sent in my application for Vårrundan a.k.a Spring Thaw Rally in March. It's the first road book rally for the year and I'm really looking forward to it. Currently we have really nice weather, perfect for riding. So please DPD Germany, don't screw my up shipping! Martin
Began with some of the farkles for the bike yesterday. Made a new GPS-mount for the Magellan. Currently drying after being painted before I went home yesterday. It's going to be awesome! The holder is made of aluminum with inner shock protection made of rubber. Not tested yet but I doubt it would fail. Also put some new heat shield tape on the right side panel. I overdid it quite a buit.. But better to be overprotected than under.. This little note dropped in the mailbox. It's an advice of delivery note! My tank is here Stay put tonight! The bike will be finished! ( will it really ever be finished? )
Received this little thing on the mail today. It fitted perfectly on the bike. Along came the seat! A tank was not the only thing that came from Acerbis today. Shock protector! She's all naked.. Time for some sticker tune up! Toura-what? Two very, very, good shops of both worlds! With some proper clothing I can let her go out! Isn't it just awesome now or what?! Me, a satisfied (with the bike not the damn camera...) young man The Continental sticker didn't like the ride.

Toss a manual roadbook holder onto the bars cross brace and silicone a little magnifying glass over the tripmeter on the original instrumentation (make the digits larger/easier to read) and your ready to roll! You guys deserve some real pictures of the bike, as a thanks for the support ... but it's not quite over yet! Got more modifications and farkles coming
Tried a gravel road called "Orrekulla highway" today.. Was fun going faster on the narrow gravel road than the cars on the real highway! Though, with current gearing the bike doesn't do much more than 120km/h.. I reckon it's possible to go much faster! :
