NO Spark xr650r ??

Well, I was hoping I wouldn't be posting in the "Garage" section so soon after bringing my bike home, but here I am.
Purchased very clean, running XR650R yesterday. It started right up, loaded it up, drove the 190 miles home in the back of my truck and today it won't start.
Pulled the spark plug and I'm not getting any spark.
Has the Baja Designs kit with key.
Key is on. I don't see a kill switch anywhere that I was missing.
I tested for continuity in the switch and it seems to be working fine.

Any ideas where to go from here? I just can't believe something could go wrong after a 190 mile ride in the back of my truck and sitting over night.

PO didn't tell me the light switch was a kill switch. Started first kick.

For future reference, magneto ignition bikes close a circuit to turn off or ground out the P lead.
