    Indiana photo tag rules:

    1) Locate the current photo tag (there are currently two running), ride there, and snap a pic of your bike.

    2) Ride to another location in Indiana (landmark, building, sign, etc.) and snap a pic of your bike.

    3) Post your pics of the previous tag and the new tag.

    4) Feel free to be as descriptive as you want about the location. The point is to get out there and ride, not solve a mystery.

    Ok, here we go.

That is the rear end of a big abandoned dragline. (My bike is the black spot at the bottom right.) It's a few miles west of Linton. I don't have a GPS, but Google Earth puts it at 39°0'22.26"N x 87°16'47.02"W. It's a really nice area to ride. Lots of gravel and dirt and not much traffic. Have fun!

Hope ya stop by Redbird while you're down there,we've added a bunch of new trails, both M/C only and some easy multi-use trails. We've just got permission to utilize alot more of the property,so we want to get as many new trails open as possible before the end of the year.

I woulda attempted to beat you out there since I'm local but my old DR 650 sprung a oil leak that's being fairly involved to fix:cry

Had to jump in here and post up,too close to home to skip.I woulda joined in on the HNF ride but I just did a repair to the rockerbox on me ol' 91 DR650 and didn't want to be "that guy" who no one knows who shows up on an old beater and has all kind of problems...
Anyway, the DR ran well and didn't develope any new leaks and seemed to oil the top end ok(Didn't make any unusual top end noises) so I managed to utilize my "sea trials" to tag up.

First I stopped at the Dragline,it was on my way to the VFW and is so cool.

Originally I had planned to jump on my Bonneville and run up to the Ironman GNCC today and get a pic at the race venue but I forgot my Triumph runs like crap when It's below 60 degrees out, gotta rejet and clean the carbs, maybe put the stock mufflers back on to richen it up.

When I first came upon this I could not figure out what it was until you crest the hill...

I've never seen anything like it in my life.

Finally went down a dead end road I've always wanted to check out. If you went on either of the HNF rides the past year you were very close to this place. You may need to do some internet searching to find it. Or if you're as goofy as me you could flip a nickle and head for a town with a vegetable name.

I may be somewhat close, just not sure, and haven't had time to ride out that way to see.
