Oh yea I'm in. Is Sunday's ride going to be mostly dirt? On Sunday is there a place to get fuel? Looking forward to it now that the weather is warmer.

So you guys can bring extra stuff I can haul it around:rofl

There is gas in Arivaca. I am not sure the distance is to get there from start since I don't know route but I am assuming its about half way.

Hoosier, is the route you are taking the "DeadlierV2" listed on dualsportmaps.com?

    Hello HTM,

I am also better!:clap I had another visit with my Ortho Dr. this morning and he scared the heck out of me..... He said if I was to tear up my shoulder this bad ever again, it would be bad, bad, BAD!! He said he might have to do another surgery to get my range of motion back, I said ua, how about NO!!

So I am on the fence, but probably not quite ready yet.

Everyone have fun and be safe!

Charouleau Gap...Oracle AZ. Take 60 to 79 South through Florence. 79 dead ends into 77 also known a Oracle Road. Turn right or South and come approximately 3 miles until you see Golder Ranch Road. There is a Valero gas station there. It only goes left or East. Turn there and go about 1/2 mile until you hit the first stop sign. Turn left that is something del Oro Parkway. Take that about 3 miles. Staging area is on the right, can't miss it we will all be parked there.

You said in one of your earlier posts it would be around 6 hours. Is that not correct?

9AM at the Shell Station just West of Kinney Road on Ajo. The 6 hour remark was those taking tarmac back from Arivaca, we have an all dirt loop. 6 Hours isn't enough? In any case, this is at least 150 miles on dirt. Emerson.Biguns laid it out while doing top secret government work. :clap. He is also coming.

I thank everyone on the Saturday ride, Roger for carrying my tools, Eric for showing my the nice lines up to the gap, Alan for hosting and for riding my bike up that 2nd rocky hill climb, Terry for all his coaching, Brad and JC for riding my bike out of the river bed and up that narly hill and the other Brad who was nice enough to let me know that it was an easier ride on the way back:huh and last but not least Skip and Cathy for noticing me standing at the staging area (on the phone) who boosted my dead battery. Which made it official 9 OTHER PEOPLE ON THIS RIDE AND I NEEDED EVERYBODIES HELP TO MAKE IT BACK TO THE PARKING LOT AND HOME AGAIN:rofl I had a great time with a great group of riders :clap and if you let come again I will do my best not to be quite so needy.:deal
