    Heya All:

This last Sunday, I made the long trip down from Olympia, WA to Hood River, OR to get my first rig (or motorcycle for that matter). To placate the internet, here are some pictures that may look familiar to some of you folks:

Here she is (edited for size since I originally uploaded from my phone)

For some reason, while surrounded with the beautiful scenery around the Columbia River Gorge, I completely forgot about the fact that I had a camera. I suppose that just means that I will have to be back for some photos :D

Big thanks to RedMenace! It was great to meet you!

    Good to meet you too!
Did you have to cut the trailer up with a torch to get the rig back out? :rofl

I hope you have miles of fun with that bike, I know I have. Monica is going to miss it(that's the rig she would ride when she came visiting...)

Congrats, I get over to Oly to ride with the crew quite a bit, if you are interested I'll give you a heads up when we go. I see you list "music" as an occupation, you may know some of them.

Enjoy, there are lots of places close to you to take advantage of that rig.

Practically. :D It took the three of us a good amount of time, and a bit of finesse to get her out.

I'm actually quite impressed with how well the chair stays on the ground I had anticipated needing a good ballast due to the height but haven't unintentionally lifted it yet.

I'm the only one I know that rides, so I certainly would be interested. Currently in the learning phase, so, I'll likely be a little bit before I'm confident enough to ride with others. I plan to spend a good chunk of time in Capital Forest this summer :D

    Hi Lason

I loved that rig.. it was my favorite at the Adventure Sidecar functions.
    Check out my avatar.

Did Vern teach you how to make tamales on the exhaust pipe?

Had a close call riding that rig up in Hood River but Vern's training paid off and I was able to recover before any damage was done. :evil Watch out for that tree.
