Dalton HWY Rider

I've been working out here at pump 4 (just north of Atigan Pass) for the past few days and saw a rider headed back south on a KTM. As far as weather goes its been beautiful with sunny skies and highs reaching nearly 60 degrees. I wish I could have road my bike up, but the job requires I drive a truck. Their is a very nasty section of road near Galbraith Airport with a huge construction project. B-70's are hauling gravel and their is very sharp rock all over the place. Happy Trails All!!

Yea today it has been a bit over cast and temps probably closer to the low 50's. I see the sun is trying to come out. Enjoy your ride!! Wish I were riding instead of working. My bike is sitting in my garage in Fairbanks!!!

I saw that KTM at the Deadhorse hotel a few days ago. Nice to see the bikes heading up. I bet the road has a few pot holes!! Ride safe!!
