I actually meant to mention that but my 2 yr old needed some attention. Since you're starting out, DEFINITELY try to learn things with either foot forward. You'll be much better off in the future for it.

The nerve of that kid. :lol3

So many things to practice. It's hard to focus in the things you don't do well instead of the things you do.

I've got a big moto trials weekend coming up and I'm really excited to see if any of the skills I'm developing on the bicycle transfer over.

Nice, I was going to ask how much has translated from the bicycle to the moto trials. Looking forward to hearing the results after the weekend.

You're gonna make me hurt myself. :lol3

Honestly, I'll be disappointed if I can't do some stoppies and pivot turns on the Montesa. Those are what I'm best at on the bicycle so far.

I hope you can too! I'll be there cheering you on!! :freaky

In all reality, I surprise myself when one of those two events somehow "happens" to me! :rofl

Big Al said you were riding "unhumanly" good Sunday afternoon after I went to set sections. Big rocks, killer turns, nose wheelies...what gives?? Why is it that you always ride your best when I'm not around? :dunno
    No pics...it didn't happen!

I'll be curious to see how the bicycle has helped Charla and Ben's riding on the moto. I've been thinking about getting a trials bicycle myself...I've tried them out a little bit and it seems very awkward after riding trials motos for years!

We're bringing the bicycles as well, but have been warned about bringing the pogo sticks. :lol3

Well, this is NOT the exact bike that I got Aidan. But, very close. I bought the frame from Webcyclery (they were the only ones that had a Kids frame left in stock) and I'm shipping it over to Matt to build up the rest of the bike.

I'll post some action shots, when we get the bike.

Frame/fork arrived today. I'm going to show it to my son...then ship it out to Matt to build.
