Rally Moto Kit Racing - 2012 Mexican 1000

I first rode Baja in 2009. Baja Fools ride report.
Then again in 2010. Palapa Chair ride report.

Those were all fun, but I wanted to return to race. The Baja 500 and 1000 have not called to me yet.

The Mexican 1000 called to me when I found out they added 2 new classes for dual sport bikes. The hook was set when I read NORRA is going to have special awards for competitors who complete the race using only the roadbook. (no GPS)
