Let me give it a try.

    Ride Name: Ruby Road Ride
    Date: 2/7/10
Meeting time: 0700 Stands up at 0730
Meeting location: I19 & Continental (South side of Green Valley)
Estimated Length of Ride: 3 hours guesstimate
Difficulty: Depends on what the rains have done to it. Should be an easy to moderate difficulty. There is a side loop near the halfway point out Warsaw Canyon and back California gulch that should be a bit more difficult.
Notes: (ex: General route, big bike friendly; noob friendly; fast paced...)

Out to Arivaca south on Ruby road and up into the mountains. Either end up on I-19 just north of Nogales or we can turn around and come back the same way. The area is incredibly green right now. Potential for a couple of smaller water crossings. A couple of washouts along Ruby. There is probably some standing water in Calif Gulch.

Big bike friendly with a large Border Patrol presence to keep the bad guys away.

Any interest or better knowledge of the road conditions?

The heat is getting to me and I've saved up enough vacation to take some time off so it is time to ride to some cool country and camp.

Ride Name: White Mountains Ride and Camp
    Date: Starting 9/2 through 9/12
Meeting time: When you get there
Meeting location: KP Cienega (State route 191 just south of Hannigans Meadow)
Difficulty: You can make it what you wish
Notes: From Tucson it is just about equal distance from the south approach through Safford/Morenci or the north approach through Globe. About 5 hours either way. If you have taken 191 you have passed about 1 mile from the camp. KP Cienega is a small campsite of about 6 spots. Vault toilet. Incredible view. Lots of wood in the area had plenty of cut up logs and downed trees nearby. Small stream nearby with a great hike in the area to some waterfalls if your legs are up to it. Plenty of forest roads to explore. Running water available at Hannigan Campsite about 3 miles away. Showers reportedly available at Hannigan Meadow.

I may move down slope to another campsite that I've heard about called Blue. Reportedly sits at a lower elevation next to the Blue river. 28 mile dirt road access if I recall.

Here are some weather info sites. Zoom in and click on the satellite for a view of the area.
