:sad indeed Hope Pau heals fast and recovers fully in good time. Say what you want about quinn but I am proud of the guy and the way he has been riding after his injury. And its been cool to watch his updates on the intrawebs from this rally.
PAL is such a fantastic warrior. The guy is like the Energizer Bunny and I'm sure he will heal and keep on going. It's always comforting to see him running near the front of the pack year after year and still doing so into his 40s. Best wishes to PAL for a smooth recovery and continued off road adventures.
Coma wins by 4 seconds. :eek1 Coma and Goncalves finish with Goncalves +0'00" which mean he made up his 2' start deficit but didn't pull out the additional 5 seconds needed for first.
So speedy caught Coma but couldn't outpace him to the line - must have been some race towards the end !
PAU are going to be out for 3-4 months, the situation seemingly being as good as it can be with a fractured femur. /D

I was just thinking how PAU was going strong in the last two events and that this may finally be his year ... Shame. I wish him quick recovery.
I had one too many on Thursday night so didn't get to the Bivvy until near 7am. By that time all the bikes had started but managed to get a look at Pau's bike which apart from a cracked fairing didn't look bad. Obviously the sand is harder on the human body than machines. Hope he heals up fast.
