rules stated by Skyclad for PA, same apply in West Virginia..

    Then it moved to Virginia

Now we have Tag-o-rama in Pennsylvania. This game is intended to give folks an excuse to get out and ride (like ya need one) and learn more about this place we call home.

    Rules are easy...

#1 - Find the tag and reproduce the photo (as best as possible). The first person to post a found tag gets to place the next tag. If you get a tag, but somebody else posts their picture first, you lose.

#2 - Take the tag to a new location, get the photo and post it here. Give a few hints so the next person can figure out where the tag is located. Try to place the tags in interesting locations, maybe a bit of history that can be found down some nice twisties.

#3 - Tag must be a) findable and b) not placed on a dirt road. Maintained gravel is OK, but make sure to let folks know that gravel is required to get to your tag. We don't want to exclude those who don't like to get dirty.

#4 - File photos are NOT permitted. You gotta ride to play this game.

Now that the rules are taken care of, here is the first tag.

This furnace can be found in eastern York county. It shares its name with both the road it is on, and the creek on the other side of the road. You don't have to ride any gravel to get here, but that option does exist.

    </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
Pennslyvania, Ohio and Virginia have the game started.. I ride in West Virginia very often and I thought It would be fun to start one here..

    The Rules..

give a few clues of the area, get there take a picture with your bike and you set the next tag! Pretty simple!

Does it count if I was there a while ago?

If it counts, I'll add the name and location - as well as the next tag. (I don't want to give it away if I'm not eligible with this photo)

    Thanks.

That's fair. Makes it more interesting. At least I was honest and didn't say I raced out there today. (And I didn't give the location away) :D

Great idea, disconnected - looking forward to participating with current rides.

    Let the games begin.

If I'm not mistaken, the first tag is a file photo, as the poster no longer owns that KTM :evil

Looking forward to this one, it's a bit out of my normal range, but I like good waypoints. :clap
