First, thanks to all members, who post here his reports.
because we can use to request information to prepair our trips. :clap:freaky and sorry for my poor english :huh so more pics than words in this report :deal:D

The plan; visit Balkans, all as possible off road and very small roads. Later, we realized that this is very easy.

Those are the maps we used for this trip, ok and a almost broken gps.

For us, Balkans are one of the better places on Europe for a "trail" travel.
There are a lot of small roads and tracks.

so in the middle of the day, we decide to take a break on a small river.

we refresh and eat something, for more than 2 hours :D
    [IMG]

we arrive to Sort by night and go to eat tipycal Catalonian food on a well known good restaurant

today, we want to visit our Slovenian friends Matej and Violeta.
Matej, runs a suzuki - husqvarna (ex KTM), dealer in Maribor. We go there to change our tires for more knobbies "Karoos".

Nice and quiet campsite in Fondo
    [IMG]

Patri this winter had a very tough fight with "fes fes" in Moroko, so we do 3-4 oil changes with 2000kms each.

    Matej servicing Patris bike

    Meantime, I change my tires

Day, 8. Vinica to Plitvicka Jezera (KRO). 186 kms.

Today was a really special day

We want to visit the very turistic National Park, Plitvicka Jezera. we camp in a campsite near N.P. and near to "secret" war airport. :evil:evil

The day started raining at Kolpa river. Basque people were happy :clap
    [IMG]

    Nice campsite
    [IMG]

we read on this forum, about some "secret" airport of ex Yugoslavia war, near Zeljava.

In Zeljava there are some war planes
    [IMG]

you can go there and play
    [IMG]

But near here, driving by a forbidden small road, you can find the airport.
There are 3 airstrips going inside a mountain by 3 fearful tunnels.
In Zeljava we meet a local who tell us to dont go there because was ilegal and the police was near.:deal :eek1

    one of the airstrip
    [IMG]

Patri was a little scared here :D
