I'm already paid up and room reserved. Toting my 990S up early. Wife is gonna join for the last 2 days. Coming up from the Los Angeles area. Have no idea what to expect, but hoping it's great weather and some early technical rides. Anyone else from the LA/San Bernardino area going up. Or just who's in it?

We have several great routes (street and dirt) so you can plan your own, or join in a ride with our experienced locals.

Friday there is a ride out to Buckland Station that will be easy gravel and some sand. This is a great day ride with a bit of California emigrant trail history thrown for good measure!

The 'technical' stuff will happen on Saturday. Not exactly sure where it will go, but I have some ideas and you will get wet , with the ultimate goal of peaking Mt. Patterson @ 11,600' :huh.

The start will be early, so don't have to much 'fun' on Saturday nite at the Bar-Be-Que..

FYI, for those attending or on the fence...

The Saturday Night Bar-Be-Que will be slightly off site this year.

We have reserved Minden Park in historical downtown Minden for the dinner spread. Catered by The Best Bar-Be-Que Co, a local who used to cater events for NASCAR teams, the food will be excellent.

We also have a special treat for those guys who have used all their 'Kitchen Passes' in order to attend and ride with us.

Going to check out Mars and the creek on friday. This ride is for moving rocks and trees out of the way for the big bikes. At least it will be cooler up high.

Is Sunday just a dirt bike ride? If you going to ride the full length single track along the creek than this a dirt bike ride. My 500XCW is not plated so this a no go for me. I was going to ride the upper half of the creek on the 990. Than go up top.

We have a small group looking to go up via Desert Creek and do a loop around Lobdell lake and Belfort returning east and back down Desert creek. You could haul the 500 down to Rosie's and have breakfast with us!
