Looks plenty wide enough for boots, even my size 15's.

The front strut will do double duty as a highway peg too.

You could probably slide the hack away from the bike and inch or so if there are enough threads left in the vertical turnbuckles.

    Asking $3,000
Had no luck in the general classified with this so I will try it here. If I have no takers I will put it on Ebay or part it out
This is the 6volt flat head version.
Approximately 6000 km on this rig.
Usually starts by the third kick, even after months of storage.
If you are looking for something to give you that vintage look and feel this could be it.
Know issues: leaking final drive, gearbox won't stay in second gear unless you shift into third then down to second. It is rusty and has several dents.
Might consider selling hack and bike separately.

It is currently registered in VA as a 1954 BMW, that is what the New Hampshire paperwork said when I bought it. I had it registered in New York and now in Virginia with no issues.

This is the first time a long while that I thought I might need to put on some weight.

    Nice jacket.

Black in color, spoke wheel, brake cable, in good shape. It has been sitting in my garage for two years and I just haven't had time to get it hooked back up to a bike.

    Here is the back story:

8 years ago I heard that a BMW R75 project was for sale, and I met the owner. He was/is a pilot in the British Army, and whilst stationed in Germany bought this machine from the Eastern part of Germany. He sent the engine, gearbox, magneto, fork legs and final drive to Peter Hommes (the main supplier of spares for these machines) for re-build/exchange with new bearing, seals valve seats etc.
However, the owner had just found a kettenkrad and wanted money to restore it, hence it was for sale. My friend Gerard who lives in Hong Kong said he would buy it if I would rebuild it. I agreed, however we moved to Belgium and then Germany, and although back in the UK I had started by sand blasting the steel parts to remove the British Army desert paint, and then painting in Dunkelgelb, I had to put the machine in storage. And it has been in store, in a dis-mantled state for 5 years. So the nice finish (semi matt) has a few scratches, and some parts have got dusty and a bit of surface corrosion on the alloy. But, it is essentially the same, unused since total refurb.

As I still do not have the space or time to finish it he has decided to sell it.

Its not 100% complete as it needs a some minor parts like levers, rubber parts and gear selector rods etc. I think the carbs are there but not 100% sure.

Pictures/price available on request by PM.

Dang it, I'd be all over this if it was within 7-800 miles. 2500 miles is a bit too much. Need a car for my military inspired scrambler...

Well, after seeing that one in Florida I did another sidecar search which I hadn't done in a week or so and found a Dnepr in good shape about 400 miles away, so I've paid and head out Sunday to pick it up:clap I'm sure I'll be in hacks to find help with mounting/modification etc. in the near future.
