Minnesota Arrowhead area ride

Klay, Leon & I hauled some little bikes up North of Grand Marais to do a couple nights camping and forest road riding recently. The brisk Autumn weather combined with the Fall scenery made for a very enjoyable small trip. Here are some photos to share of Northeastern Minnesota.

Headed up the North Shore of Lake Superior further....


..before turning back inland up into the Sawtooth Mountains.

There was no law or order up there.

So we got up pretty high in altitude by Minnesotan standards;

There was some climbing involved.

High tailed it back to camp.

Beautiful morning the following day.




Time to head back home.

Nice story and pics!
I've been up through there headed to a fishing trip in the Boundary Waters. We went to Hovland then inland to ??? lake then portaged over to East Pike lake. An awesome trip with cousins/sons/nephews!
I'd love to do it on a bike too.

We've had a big stretch of some really nice days. Lots of excellent images there, fellas ! I dig that fish shack at Stony Point. Glad you had a good trip.
