Do they cut the pizza into squares?

You got it, and they often put the sauce, etc. right to the edge, eliminating any crust.

I can't eat it, period. Will be gorging myself on pizza next time I head north.

Sounds like you need to open a pizza place! A friend did that down in Florida and made a small fortune for himself!

I used to love going up to Deposit for these races...seen the GOAT there more than once. We used to buy a junk car, get it running and use it as a camper/bar while we were there. Loads of good (drunken) times.

Probably a good idea, but when I retired I swore I'd never work another day in my life. :D

    So far, so good.

I dunno, good pizza or good places to ride.....not a choice I'd want to make!

I love pizza & I love riding! Not too many places to ride here, but we make the

best with what we have. Good pizza can be found in quite a few places here.

What sort of places are you looking for. There are several great dirt roads and trails in the area. You're in CT, so there's always the dam for riding too.

The Dam is my favorite place to ride. I'm a member of Milford & Rocky Hill,

but I prefer tight single track trails.

Author's taste very questionable. He said the best one tasted as good as Domino's, which he made sound like that was something to aspire to.

Unless you grew up eating NY pizza, or at least NY style pizza,, you have no idea what good pizza should be like.

All these years and I never realized that you were a pizza snob.:eek1

As I recall (that is dangerious at my age) from my various RV wanderings, the DiGiorno was pretty good. When we were in the boonies of the Southwest, there was hardly any choice in restaurant food other than piss poor mexican that made Taco Bell taste like 4 star gourmet. We loaded up on various frozen delights to get us through until we got back to civilization.

I agree that except for NY and Chicago (deep dish), pizza is usually below the level of Big Mac quality.

In other news, it seems that dial-up is not dead yet.

Speedo, listening to your last few posts it sounds like your home sick. Would you like me to send you a pie from First and last in Danbury or some other local restaurant? Actually First and last changed their name to Tavern on 37.
