It was a nice day, but all the snow here had me less than enthusiastic about the ride. Hammer run next week, then I'll hope to get to Old bridge for my first Polar Bear run.

I had no expectation that they would be any good. Still, better than the dog I got at Cape May, which I spit out the first bite I took and threw the rest away. At least I could eat the one I got yesterday.

I'm going to take secondary roads pretty much the whole way, if you're interested. Have to leave early though.

So this is where all the bikes were headed that I met last week coming down RT9. My Strom was in the back of the truck ( headed to mount new tires,chain,sprockets) and I was not happy about it Thanks for starting a thread Bob I will keep my eyes on this.

What was going on in Sugar Loaf today? I was there around noon and the place was wall to wall bikes. I had to get out of there quick.

Your point is? Cold or not cold, it was perfect weather for a day on the bike.

Ride with us every sunday Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar....then we'll talk about cold in April.

Sorry we bugged out on you all, but the other two were hungry. We stopped at Pennings Farm Market in Warwick, and had a great lunch. I picked up a goody bag to take home too! Chicken pot pie and apple pie on the same plate. Could be the perfect plate of food! :dg
